    Our hotel room at the Marriott was spotless with a lovely view of Waikiki beach and the ocean. The balconies were close to one another and the noise level was excessive at times and they have used a quick fix for old mattresses with a feather cover. We received first class service when checking in and out. Swimming, relaxing, eating lunch and having cocktails poolside with the friendly cocktail waitresses made our visit enjoyable. Using the hospitality hotel room was a fantastic way to get ready for our late flight home.

    We stayed at the Marriott for our honeymoon - they upgraded us to a ocean view hotel room free of charge. All help were friendly. didn't find the elevators to be a problem. Great location. We can not wait to go back!

    First time to Hawaii. Researched a lot of hotels and was pleasantly surprised by the Waikiki Marriott. Great location on the strip with beach right across the street...easy access! Hotel was spotless. Partial ocean view hotel room also had Diamond Head view. Nice music at the outdoor lounge each night. All tours picked up right at property. Elevator always arrived in less than a minute (in Paokalani Tower). Interrupted twice with the Privacy Please sign on our door...once by house keeping and once by a help member who was given wrong hotel room number. But, would stay here again.

    We stayed at this property twice in May. First time we had a hotel room in the newer tower, with an excellent ocean view. Second time we were in the older part, with a partial ocean view. We found the second hotel room to be much noisier. fantastic beds, lots of comfy down pillows. Elevators in both towers are slow! Loved the shopping, especially ABC Store (great tourist stuff, low prices), Maui Divers and Honolulu Cookie Co! Kuhio Grill has excellent food, although they stop serving breakfast meal at 11:00. Moana Terrace was also excellent. Aracino's has delicious, unique pizza! Check it out.

    found trip to Waiikiki "AMAZING". We ended up upgrading to a "DELUXE OCEAN FRONT" hotel room and it was worth edime. the hotel room and service were impeccable and the help was extremely friendly. All the recommendations made by the concierge from activities and restaurants were excellent choices.
